32.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (8:00am-3:00pm), Term-time only

We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Inclusion Support Practitioner to join our team. This vital role focuses on engaging hard-to-reach families and strengthening the connection between home and school. You will work closely with children and young people to ensure they can fully and positively participate in all aspects of school life, empowering them to achieve their potential and beyond.
