What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational teacher who

  • is an outstanding primary practitioner who can demonstrate success in improving provision for all pupils especially pupils with additional needs and disadvantaged pupils.
  • has the ability to lead and inspire colleagues as a champion of SEND
  • has a strong knowledge and understanding of how to support children with Special Educational Needs
  • can take a leading role in safeguarding our children
  • cherishes and recognises the unique and individual gifts and talents of each child.
  • has excellent organisation and digital skills
  • can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and governors
  • is eager to take a full and active part in all aspects of our school community.
  • is supportive of the ethos and aims of our Catholic school
