What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspirational teacher who
- is an outstanding primary practitioner who can demonstrate success in improving provision for all pupils especially pupils with additional needs and disadvantaged pupils.
- has the ability to lead and inspire colleagues as a champion of SEND
- has a strong knowledge and understanding of how to support children with Special Educational Needs
- can take a leading role in safeguarding our children
- cherishes and recognises the unique and individual gifts and talents of each child.
- has excellent organisation and digital skills
- can build positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and governors
- is eager to take a full and active part in all aspects of our school community.
- is supportive of the ethos and aims of our Catholic school
