We are seeking enthusiastic, approachable, and adaptable individuals to join our evolving Inclusive Learning Team. In this highly rewarding role, you will support young people with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) on a one-to-one or small group basis within the classroom setting.
Your role will involve encouraging independent learning and helping students achieve their personal learning targets across a wide range of educational programmes. We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with children or young people with SEND, as this would be a significant advantage.
A recognised Learning Support related qualification is desirable, and a good standard of English and Maths is essential. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a genuine enthusiasm for helping others, and the ability to build positive relationships with young people and/or adults who may have learning disabilities, mental health needs, social emotional difficulties, or require physical care.
