Working closely with the SEND Services team and cross college professionals and support staff, the postholder will contribute to the coordination and delivery of inclusive support services across the college. The role focuses on conducting EHCP annual reviews, liaising with local authorities, parent/carers, feeder schools, and specialist services, and supporting the identification and assessment of students with additional needs and exam access arrangements.
The Inclusive Learning Coordinator will also play an active role in transition activities, and occasional promotional events such as open evenings, helping to raise awareness of SEND services.
