Inclusive Provision Manager
SALARY: (Mentor Level 2) ALT Grade F Points 16 - 19
CONTRACT: Permanent
37 hours per week / 42 weeks per year. 39 term time weeks plus 111 annualised hours to be worked according to business need. Monday to Thursday – 8am to 4pm, Friday – 8am to 3:30pm. These timings include a daily unpaid break of 30 minutes.

Are you passionate about inclusive education and dedicated to supporting students who face challenges in mainstream classrooms? Our academy is seeking an Inclusive Provision Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our specialised educational settings. The successful candidate will be committed to providing outstanding learning opportunities for all, bringing creativity, and making learning fun and interactive.
Chantry Academy is a thriving and ambitious academy, rated 'Good' by Ofsted, and situated at the heart of our local community. We enjoy strong support from parents and carers. In September 2024, we will be oversubscribed for the eighth consecutive year, and we are proud to be the first-choice academy for our local area.
We are seeking a candidate with experience in delivering behaviour interventions with demonstrable outcomes and collaborating effectively with external agencies. You should have experience managing small teams and possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as this role involves regular interaction with staff, students, and parents. This is a new provision for the academy, so you must have strong organisational skills and a willingness to develop systems and processes that will enhance the services we offer. The successful candidate must demonstrate prior experience in a similar role, be able to work flexibly, prioritise their workload, remain calm under pressure, and maintain a professional, friendly demeanour always.
