What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a hard-working, resilient, and caring person to join our school team to work as an Individual Needs Assistant for a young person who has attachment difficulties; the position covers all aspects of their education and requires regular communication with parents. We would really like the successful candidate to become a supportive, advocate for the young person and support them to achieve their full potential. The role of the INA is a very special one and can make the difference to a child who may not have previously been able to access their education fully.
This post is for a fixed term contract until the end of July 2026, in the first instance.
