Information Manager job summary
We are excited to share this new role within our Trust central team.
As a growing Trust we are looking for an individual who can
- play a pivotal role in the smooth and effective operation of the AET team, supporting the executive team and central functions with data capture, information and reporting
- collate and present key data and information for the Trust, including the creation of reports, dashboards and presentations
- work closely with school teams to coordinate data capture and reporting activities, ensuring timely submission and reporting across the Trust
- evaluate data capture methods and reporting requirements to ensure the most efficient and effective processes are in place to consolidate data and information
- work closely with schools and the Trust executive team to highlight opportunities for continuous improvement
The right person will be an excellent communicator and build great relationships with all stakeholders, They will have strong attention to detail and the ability to create professional, well presented documents to display and present a variety of key pieces of information. We work in a fast paced environment and the role will suit someone who is highly organised and comfortable working to often tight deadlines. Finally, we need someone who strives for continuous improvement and has the ability to review and recommend changes to improve the capture of data and provision of information across the Trust.
This is a full time position however part time working will also be considered.
