We are seeking a committed Internal Inclusion Lead to support students in developing positive behaviour, strong learning habits, and essential character skills. The role involves working closely with students to help them reflect on their choices, build resilience, and successfully re-engage with learning. You will provide structured support and guidance, helping students overcome barriers and reintegrate confidently into lessons, while promoting a culture of high expectations, responsibility, and respect.
