Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 hours, 39 weeks (term time plus one week)
Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4pm

Your role:
As an Internal Isolation Manager, you will be responsible for organising the bookings for the Internal Isolation room and ensuring that all logs and records are up to date. You will support and manage students booked into Internal Isolation, providing them with appropriate work and ensuring it is returned to relevant staff promptly. Your role includes completing student voice reports, managing behaviour support systems, and delivering interventions to prevent repeated isolations. You will also liaise with staff, parents, and external stakeholders to keep everyone informed and ensure a proactive approach to behaviour management.
To excel in this role, you should have a GCSE in Maths and English (A*-C or equivalent) and practical knowledge of IT packages, including Microsoft. You must be resilient, show initiative, and have the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. Experience in a fast-paced office environment and a commitment to equality, diversity, and safeguarding are essential. Knowledge of project management and working with international organisations is desirable.
