Internal Specialist Provision: Room Leader job summary
Are you passionate about making a difference for children with high levels of Special Educational Needs? Do you have the skills to lead a small provision and shape an inclusive, nurturing environment?
At Raynsford Church of England Academy, we are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Room Leader to take day-to-day responsibility for our internal specialist provision. Working closely with the SENDCo and supported by a Room Assistant, you will lead the provision, deliver tailored interventions, and ensure pupils’ educational, medical, and personal care needs are met with dignity and respect.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in leading others, with the creativity and resilience to help every child thrive. In return, we offer a supportive team, a welcoming and inclusive school environment, and the opportunity to make a real difference.
