Working Pattern: 37 hrs per week/39 weeks per year (Term Time plus a Week)

The role:

The role will lead the Intervention and Reset Manager to provide students with high quality, personalised learning experience and interventions which contribute to their continuing education.

The successful candidate will work closely with SENDCO to support families and students to ensure their needs are fully met. You will manage the support plans and interventions such as ELSA, Thrive and social skills based on student need. You will be responsible for ensuring students have access to a wide range of resources that relate to their individual curriculum to help them to continue studying subjects including English, Maths & Science.

The person:

The successful applicant will have experience of successfully implementing successful strategies to support students with challenging behaviour. You will have a good understanding of how to meet SEND needs of students who have ADHD/ Autistic tendencies with a specific focus on SEMH. Experience of ELSA, Thrive/ Theraplay, Boxall Profile training or the willingness to achieve is essential for this role.
