Term time only - working 36 hours per week (8.30am - 4.22pm), 39 weeks per year
We are looking for an Intervention Hub Manager to oversee the planning, supervision, and timetabling of interventions within the Hub. You will supervise and support SEND students during their intervention sessions, ensuring a calm, focused and supportive environment, managing and overseeing the daily operation.
The successful applicant will deliver targeted interventions for SEND students who struggle to engage fully in mainstream lessons, helping to overcome barriers to learning and improve academic progress, collaborating closely with teaching staff, SEND team, pastoral staff, and senior leaders ensuring effective support and inclusion for SEND students.
