Oakdale Junior School Mainscale M1-M6 Intervention Teacher Part-time 0.5 (mornings only) Fixed term until 15 May 2020 Oakdale Junior School is a large, purpose built school which enjoys a hugely positive reputation within the community it serves, with growing pupil numbers. We are looking for positive, talented and creative individuals to join our teaching team – we require teachers who will engage children, promote their achievements and their wellbeing; teachers who will inspire pupils and bring learning to life. Being part of Harbourside Learning Partnership provides greater development and progression opportunities for colleagues and a range of benefits including wellbeing services and discounts. We are soon to enter into the next phase in our development, working with another two local Trusts to combine our efforts under the name of ‘Coastal Learning Partnership’. This venture will see greater continuing development and professional opportunities for all of our staff, still within school environments which celebrate their unique qualities. The focus for the Intervention Teacher role is to provide Mathematics and English interventions to pupils in Years 5 and 6. For both roles we require excellent Key Stage 2 classroom practitioners who are able to inspire and motivate our pupils.
