What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Understands how young children learn and develop.
  • Ideally has previous experience working in a school setting.
  • Can confidently deliver planned learning activities for small groups under the guidance of a class teacher.
  • Experience of running small intervention groups across English, Phonics and Maths
  • Has a solid working knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and shows initiative.
  • Understands and prioritises safeguarding.
  • Acts professionally with integrity and strong time management skills.
  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and a great team player.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively with children and adults.

Salary: £12.60 to £13.05 per hour
