What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands how young children learn and develop.
- Ideally has previous experience working in a school setting.
- Can confidently deliver planned learning activities for small groups under the guidance of a class teacher.
- Experience of running small intervention groups across English, Phonics and Maths
- Has a solid working knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- Is proactive, reliable, and shows initiative.
- Understands and prioritises safeguarding.
- Acts professionally with integrity and strong time management skills.
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and a great team player.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with children and adults.

Salary: £12.60 to £13.05 per hour
