The role:
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about streamlining financial processes? Join our team as an Invoice Assistant, where you'll play a key role in supporting the efficient handling of invoices and the smooth operation of our automated invoice system, Yooz.
What you’ll do:
- Ensure the efficient receipt and processing of invoices into Yooz
- Match invoices to purchase orders and secure approvals in line with Financial Procedures
- Provide expert advice and training on Yooz and purchasing procedures
- Set up new users, manage workflows, and resolve system/user issues
- Handle supplier creation and data management
- Deliver responsive administrative support across finance and procurement functions.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance role
- Understanding, implementation and management of accounting processes and procedures
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software (e.g. SAGE).
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
