Isolation Manager job summary
Due to the expansion of our professional support staff team, we are recruiting a number of professional support staff roles.
For the role of Isolation Manager, we are seeking an applicant with experience in working with young people, who has the ability to lead by example and be a key member of the school's pastoral team. Candidates must be enthusiastic, positive and committed to building strong professional relationships with children and adults. You will need to be motivated, have a flexible and calm approach and be able to respond to the needs of the school.
The applicant will work closely with students, teachers and other school staff to provide and complement the professional work of teachers under an agreed system of supervision. They will need to provide motivation and challenge to ensure a calm working environment.
