Senior Student Support Worker job summary
Due to the expansion of our professional support staff team, we are recruiting a number of professional support staff roles.
We are seeking a Senior Student Support Worker who will work directly with the Heads of Year, Deputy Headteacher and other senior staff ensuring that the standards of achievement are maximised through the promotion of all aspects of pastoral care and that the schools' aims and objectives are achieved.The successful applicant will be experienced in working with young people with the ability to lead by example. Candidates must be enthusiastic, positive and committed to building strong professional relationships with children and adults. You will need to be motivated, have a flexible and calm approach and be able to respond to the needs of the school.
