Isolation Manager job summary
Would you like to support students during periods of behavioural reflection while preparing them for a successful reintegration into mainstream education. With a firm but compassionate approach, working
closely with students to identify underlying challenges, promote accountability, and provide tailored academic and emotional support. We have the perfect opportunity for you!
Working in a team of 3 at all times our students are supported as they work towards re-entering mainstream after being disciplined for minor mis-demeanours. We have a purpose-built environment for our students to settle, reflect and then re-engage to reduce adverse effects on their future education. You would be an integral part of this team!
