Sir John Lawes School is seeking an enthusiastic IT/Media Support Technician to join the team.

The purpose of the role is to provide first line Media and IT technical support, including:

Troubleshooting and resolving user (staff and student) IT issues.

Basic hardware/software/printer issues – PCs, iMacs, iPads

Undertaking specific maintenance and update tasks on the school’s systems to support teaching and learning.

Supporting student & staff iPads via Endpoint/Intune

Support & maintain classroom technologies

Support events by setting up A/V equipment

This position is an ideal first step or developmental role for a career in IT.

A professional standard of dress is expected.
