We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT professional with proven leadership skills to join our team as IT Network Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our IT provision and help deliver the next phase of our digital strategy, ensuring that technology continues to enhance teaching, learning and the wider school experience.

As a key member of our support staff team, you will oversee and develop all aspects of the school’s network infrastructure, servers, cybersecurity, cloud services, website management and IT support provision. You will lead and support a small IT team whilst working closely with school leaders to drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is an experienced IT professional with strong leadership skills who can lead and develop our IT services while driving forward our ambitious digital strategy.

• Has significant experience of managing ICT networks, infrastructure and systems.

• Has strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networking and cybersecurity.

• Has experience of leading and developing staff.

• Has excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Is committed to safeguarding and supporting young people.
