Are you a proactive IT professional with a passion for problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a dynamic IT Service Desk Engineer (1st line support) to join our centralised IT team and support our vibrant network of schools.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user IT queries via phone, email, and ITSM.
- Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to hit SLA targets and aim for first-time fixes.
- Collaborate closely with onsite engineers, infrastructure teams, and 3rd-party vendors.
- Get hands-on with IT projects, hardware installations, asset management, and user training.
- Visit sites across the Trust to build strong relationships and provide tailored local support.

- Experience: Proven track record analysing and resolving IT issues in an end-user support environment.
- Mindset: A strong customer-first attitude, great communication skills, and an eager approach to learning new technologies.
- Problem-Solver: Confidence to investigate unfamiliar equipment and analyse data to find smart solutions.
- Team Player: Ability to build solid working relationships with teachers, staff, and external technical partners.
