IT Technician (1st/2nd Line Support) job summary

IT TECHNICIAN (1st/2nd Line Support) We are seeking to appoint an IT Technician to respond to incidents and provide 1st/2nd line support to staff and students with the use of IT. Permanent position to start as soon as possible Full time, all year round 37 hours per week Grade 7 (Pt 11-14) £20,856 - £22,131 per annum 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday Shift Pattern subject to change in line with operational needs of The School. “Pupils are friendly and outgoing. To possess the interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with staff and students. To have GCSE A*-C or equivalent in Maths and English.
