What skills and experience we're looking for

This role requires someone with good knowledge and working practice of the Microsoft 365 productivity tool set, an appreciation of multi-user networked environments with a varied range of devices. You will have excellent communication skills with a commitment to deliver an outstanding service. Just as important as your technical skills, you will be the kind of person who takes ownership of issues and manages them through to resolution.
