What skills and experience we're looking for

Evidence of relevant IT training

A-Level or equivalent qualification in an ICT related subject

Experienceconfiguring and using MS as well as working on/maintaining an ICT network

Experience configuring and using Windows 11 and supporting MS Office

Knowledge of Apple Macs, Windows 11 together with general knowledge of application packages, systems information networks

Knowledge of the GDPR Act andHealth & Safety at work Act and associated regulations (e.g. DSE)

Driving licence as the role requires supporting two school sites

Positive attitude

Patience & determination

Be able to work with and around staff and students in a school setting

Flexibility

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

Able to explain ICT related situations in non-technical language

Good organisational skills

A good record of attendance and punctuality.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to work as an effective member of a team.

Proactive and able to build positive relationships
