What skills and experience we're looking for

You will be a proactive and customer-focused IT professional with a passion for technology and delivering excellent support. With strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach, you will be confident troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting users with a range of ICT systems, and managing multiple priorities in a busy school environment. You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with staff and students, takes pride in providing a reliable service, and is committed to maintaining effective and innovative IT solutions that support teaching and learning.
