THE ROLE

Stradbroke High School seeks to appoint an enthusiastic IT Technician to join our fantastic team. This role requires the employee to provide technical and user support for a range of IT services in the school, supported by the Trust’s central IT function. 

The IT Technician will be responsible for all day-to-day support and management of the technology equipment deployed at the school and the post holder will be the first point of contact for all ICT related Issues. The technician will need to be a resourceful and a proactive self-starter as a significant quantity of their daily work will not be directly supervised by central technical staff.

The qualifications and previous experience required for the IT Technician are:

  • Qualified to A-Level standard with 2–year's equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience of working in an educational setting is highly desirable.
