What skills and experience we're looking for

GCSE (or equivalent) including in Maths

Knowledge of working with a network

Knowledge of administering networks, reviewing system logs, backup/AV checks and general updates

Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN’s

Knowledge of working with Active Directory

Knowledge of Server, PC and networking hardware

Understand general printing, backup, antivirus and security principles.

The ability to think logically

Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the solution

The ability to work well in a team

A strong customer focus
