About You:

The Milton Keynes Academy is seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Technician to join our dedicated IT team. Our ideal candidate will:

  • Take pride in delivering high-quality technical support and excellent customer service to staff and students across the academy.
  • Be hands-on and solution-oriented, with the ability to log and resolve IT incidents and service requests within set timeframes, maintaining clear communication and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills, a “can-do” attitude, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the Senior IT Technician and wider support teams.
  • Be confident supporting a range of devices and systems including PCs, laptops, printers, interactive whiteboards, CCTV, telephony, access control, and Office 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
