What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker with excellent interpersonal skills to join our successful team based in our own office on site at Windmill Primary School. We are looking for an experienced practitioner, who is able to form excellent relationships and has a track record of supporting families to successful outcomes, such as improved educational outcomes, self-esteem, resilience and aspiration.

The JESS Cluster supports families and schools in the LS10 and LS11 area of Leeds to live full, successful and healthy lives by offering parenting support through delivering one to one work and group work programmes.

We are located within easy access from the A1 and M1 motorways and within commutable distance from Leeds, Halifax, Wakefield, Bradford, Barnsley and York.

The Cluster comprises 11 primary schools and 2 secondary/further education establishments across this geographical area and we work closely with our cluster schools through our early help agenda.
