What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience working with young people with SEND or NEET groups.
- Confidence using public transport across London, and the ability to teach others.
- Calm, patient, and highly organised — with strong emotional intelligence.
- A proactive and solution‑focused approach.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting independence.

Based in the borough of Enfield, West Lea is a school that provides education to children and young adults with special educational needs and disabilities, from the ages of 4 to 25.
