Key Stage 1 Phase Lead job summary

Job Purpose:

The Phase leader will bring a proven success in teaching Key Stage 1 to develop and promote high standards of education in Years 1 and 2.

You will help drive up standards, monitor effectiveness, model excellent practice to raise pupil attainment and to ensure there is a rich experience for all pupils. You will help lead the effective delivery of early reading and also lead a subject area.

You will:

Plan creatively for high quality teaching, learning and assessment

Deliver highly effective and engaging lessons with the aspiration of raising academic progression of our pupils
