What skills and experience we're looking for

Hackleton Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to children’s learning in our school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support pupils in class, provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, and help every child to thrive and reach their full potential.

We are looking for someone who:

Holds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or has relevant experience)

Has experience of working with primary-aged children

Demonstrates good literacy and numeracy skills

Is committed to supporting all learners, including those with additional needs

Has excellent communication and organisational skills

Works well as part of a team

Values relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Is reflective and keen to develop their practice

Is committed to our Christian ethos and values
