We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated M1- M6 teacher to join our small and committed team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE) from January 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching a Y5/6 class, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire all children to succeed and achieve good outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for Y5/6 that align with our broad and balanced curriculum

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that embodies our Christian values of respect, friendship, hope, forgiveness, wisdom and truthfulness

• Collaborate with colleagues to implement mixed-age planning in maths and support the consolidation of fluency skills using a Mastering Number approach

• Engage with parents and carers to support their child’s reading and overall learning journey

• Help our children on their journey to flourish and succeed as confident and happy learners who are ready for life in modern Britain

Key skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching in a primary school setting – experience in Y5/6 would be beneficial

• A passion for fostering children’s learning and personal development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
