What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an excellent classroom teacher who:
- Has the desire, skills and knowledge to raise attainment of pupils, meeting individual needs.
- Has high expectations of pupils’ attainment, progress and behaviour
- Is a reflective practitioner
- Has previous experience of teaching Key Stage 2
- Has previous curriculum leadership experience (particularly the leadership of PE)
- Is knowledgeable about scaffolding to support pupils
- Is an enthusiastic team member with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Supports our Christian vision
