What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join our community‑centred school. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about nurturing confident, curious learners and contributing to a supportive, forward‑thinking staff team. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • An excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all pupils
  • Able to inspire and motivate children in Key Stage 2

  • A teacher who values creativity, inclusion, and a broad, engaging curriculum
  • Responsible for the learning and achievement of all pupils in the class ensuring equality of opportunity for all.
  • A reflective practitioner who embraces professional development
  • Proactive, with strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach
