They will be someone who enjoys a challenge, seeks the reward of bringing out the best in others and strives to make a difference.
The successful candidate will need to:
- Have a strong desire to ‘be the best teacher they can be’
- Have high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour and firmly believe that every child can achieve
- Facilitate a stimulating, safe and happy learning environment

- Be enthusiastic, caring and hardworking
Be willing to make a wider contribution to the life of the school and its community
