Working as a Key Stage 2 Learning Support Assistant at EP Collier Primary School offers the opportunity to make a significant positive impact on pupils educational experiences and personal development. Your support can help create a nurturing and effective learning environment, contributing to the overall success and well-being of the students.

The person we are looking for someone who can:

  • Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, and enthusiasm as a team player.
  • Foster positive relationships with both children and colleagues.
  • Establish and sustain a purposeful, orderly, and supportive environment aligned with lesson plans, while also helping to create engaging displays and manage resources.
  • Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver effective lessons, offering feedback on pupil progress.
