We are looking for someone who will
- Understand their role in safeguarding children
- be a highly effective and passionate classroom practitioner with effective behaviour management skills and high expectations for our children
- join us on our journey along ‘The Lindhead Way’ with an enriched and extended curriculum to create a diverse range of experiences that the children have on their school journey at Lindhead
- be a source of inspiration to staff and pupils and be prepared to play an active role in the wider life of the school
- be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- model high expectations of achievement, standards and behaviour and be prepared to extend their experience and understanding of children with complex needs
- promote positive outcomes in social and emotional development for all children including those with SEND
- support pupils to achieve their full potential despite any difficulty/barriers to learning /disability
- have the desire to lead a curriculum subject, either now or in the future
- have experience of, and a commitment to, providing a stimulating, structured and supportive environment for the children in their care

Lindhead School is for children between the ages of four and eleven. We aspire to help every child in our care to develop as a whole person, becoming confident, happy, independent, creative and adaptable; to love learning and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
