This post is a key role in supporting and growing The Village School as part of the Compass Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust.
The successful applicant will:
- Provide professional leadership and management for the Key Stage team and takes responsibility for the overall well-being, and happiness of each learner in the Key Stage in line with the school’s Vision, Ethos and Values.
- Be responsible for ensuring that every learner has access to and gains maximum benefit from the school’s curriculum, including excellent pastoral support and guidance. They will ensure the highest level of attainment for all learners within their phase.
- Be accountable for the Key Stage Progress performance.
