Key Stage 4 Lead

Salary – L9 – L14

Hours per week – Full-time, 32.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

The existing Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body are offering this exciting opportunity for someone who aspires to contribute to our extended leadership team.

This is a full-time position with a two day teaching commitment.

As a member of the extended leadership team, there is an expectation that the Key Stage Leads hold a responsibility for curriculum overview, staff management and distribution, and quality of teaching and learning within their Key Stage alongside a collaborative approach to whole school initiatives. The position currently involves the following responsibilities

  • Maths Lead
  • ICT – Computing Lead
  • Skills Builders & Accreditation Pathways within KS4
  • Equality & Diversity Lead and CPD Lead

SLT are open to discussion about responsibilities and would particularly welcome an applicant with strengths in the areas of maths / ICT.
