What skills and experience we're looking for

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have A Levels or NVQ Level 3 (or higher) and a solid grasp of how to support academic progress.
- Are a natural communicator—confident, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with students, families, and staff.
- Can juggle multiple priorities with ease, staying calm and focused in a fast-paced school environment.
- Have experience working with young people, ideally in a school or support setting.
- Understand the unique challenges facing post-16 students—and are ready to help them navigate their next steps with confidence.
