Job summary
The Endeavour Co-operative Academy (part of Keys Co-operative Academy Trust) is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & dedicated Key Stage Leader to contribute to high quality teaching and learning at The Endeavour Co-operative Academy, due to promotion of the current post holder.
This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to be part of the Leadership Team as The Endeavour welcomes our first cohort of Key Stage 5 pupils. The Endeavour joined Keys Cooperative Trust in December 2018, when converting to an academy. The school is part of ESSET, the association of Essex special schools. The role involves being part of an established, highly effective team of 4 Key Stage Leaders. 3 Key Stage Leaders completed the Aspiring Leaders course recently, organised by ESSET, as part of preparation for senior leadership.Although experience in a special school will be desirable, it is not a necessity, as potential to manage the demands of the role will be more important. Applications are welcome from teachers with experience in any Key Stage.
