What skills and experience we're looking for

Oakwood Infant and Nursery School is a good and popular school with friendly, hardworking, enthusiastic staff and a supportive Governing Body.

The Governing Body is looking to appoint an excellent, enthusiastic and caring teacher to join our successful team. The post is initially offered on a temporary part-time contract within our setting.

This is a great opportunity for someone to undertake a teaching post in our successful school.

A very warm welcome to Oakwood Infant and Nursery School.

Situated in Alvaston within the city of Derby, our school is at the heart of the local community. We have spaces for 270 children between the ages of 4 and 7 within our Infant school and offer a further 39 places for children aged 3-4 years in our Nursery .

We pride ourselves on providing a friendly and creative learning environment which nurtures each individual child. We offer all our children the opportunities to grow in every aspect of their learning and development.
