has solid knowledge of the Early Years and its importance in equipping children for their next stage in learning

is a strong team player
can model and demonstrate high-quality interactions with pupils to support their progress; addressing misconceptions quickly
is willing to go the extra mile to ensure our pupils have rich, positive and engaging learning experiences
has experience of leading the learning of children from a range of contexts
