Kitchen Assistant job summary

We’re looking for a hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our school catering team. You’ll help with preparing and serving meals, keeping the kitchen clean and tidy, and ensuring a safe and welcoming dining experience for our pupils.

This is a part-time, permanent role, term-time only, paid on the NJC Pay Scale E2 points 2-3 (FTE £24,413.00 - £24,796.00 - actual salary calculated on a pro rata basis which equates to £8,533.41 - £8,667.29 per annum).

The working pattern will consist of 15.5 hours per week, Monday 11am-2.30pm and Tuesday-Friday 11.30am-2.30pm.
