What skills and experience we're looking for
Experience
- Previous experience of working in the catering industry. (Essential)
- Previous experience of supervising a team in the
catering industry. (Desirable)
Skills
- Good food preparation, cooking and baking skills. (Essential)
- Ability to use/ willing to train on non-standard computer software packages e.g. Cunningham’s / Civica cashless system. (Essential)
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures. (Desirable)
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures. (Desirable)
