  • Catering, cleaning and site management

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Previous experience of working in the catering industry.

• Previous experience of supervising a team in the catering industry.
• Good food preparation, cooking and baking skills.
• Ability to use/ willing to train on non-standard computer software packages e.g. Cunningham’s / Civica cashless system.
• Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
• Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
