What skills and experience we're looking for
- Previous experience of working in the catering industry.
- Previous experience of supervising a team in the catering industry.
- Good food preparation, cooking and baking skills.
- Ability to use/ willing to train on non-standard computer software packages e.g. Cunningham’s / Civica cashless system.
- Knowledge of quality assurance procedures.
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures.
