KS 2 Class Teacher & Curriculum Lead job summary

Green Meadow Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced Class Teacher and Curriculum Lead.

Duties will include: -

• Having high expectations and aspirations for our pupils.
• Planning and preparing learning for pupils.
• Teaching, according to their educational needs, the pupils assigned to her/him including the setting and providing feedback of work carried out by those pupils in school and elsewhere.
• Providing a stimulating classroom environment which encourages pupils to become independent learners.
• Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress and attainment achieved by those pupils.
• Communicating and consulting, in accordance with current guidelines and circulars, with the parents of the pupils she/he is assigned to teach
• To lead whole school curriculum.

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
