Class Teacher job summary
Our experienced Head teacher and her supportive senior leadership team are looking for class teacher to join their wonderful team. The year group is negotiable, depending on the successful candidate's experiences. We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers. For ECTs, we offer strong support – an experienced mentor whom you will meet weekly during dedicated release time; an excellent training programme tailored to our school using materials from the ECF; regular observations of experienced colleagues, including visits to other schools; working with other ECTs who are also at the same stage of their career. We have an excellent track record of support for ECTs, ensuring all our ECTs pass induction as good or better teachers. For experienced teachers, we offer externally sourced subject specific training and access to NPQs. Visits to the school are encouraged and can be arranged via the school office on 01732 862 787 ext. 0.
