Farmilo Primary School has recently joined the Redhill Trust and we are seeking the right teacher to help us on our strengthen our highly skilled staff team.
About you…
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- The ability to engage, inspire and motivate all children in all areas of learning
- A consistent record of high quality teaching which results in children making at least good and better progress
- Knowledge and skills required to teach phonics effectively securing good outcomes in the Y1 phonics check
- Excellent behaviour management skills which result in a great climate for learning
- Collaborative learning, showing value for the team approach
- High levels of assessment for learning which contribute to improved outcomes for all children
- Passion and commitment to teaching and always being the best that we can be
- High level of knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum including both the core and foundation subjects

As a Teacher of KS1 you’ll:
- Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons
- Use creative strategies to support all learners
- Track progress and give meaningful feedback
- Build a positive, inclusive classroom culture
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice
- Get involved in wider school life and enrichment activities
